JVR began with our own dream of owning a vacation home. Airbnb and VRBO helped make that possible, and what began as a practical way to support the property quickly became a passion for hospitality and creating a true 5 star guest experience.

We went on to develop our own multifamily vacation rentals on Singer Island. After several successful years there, we felt pulled toward a place that better matched our long term vision.

We discovered Jupiter in 2010 and knew almost immediately that it was where we eventually wanted to call home. The Loxahatchee River, Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse, waterfront lifestyle, local restaurants, boating, and the community itself had a character we couldn’t ignore. That eventually led us to create River House and Kontiki Falls.

Kontiki Falls became the first Airbnb Luxe home in the town of Jupiter and remains the largest Luxe home in town. After discovering our website, the East Coast Director of the Airbnb Luxe program personally reached out to Kelly about joining the invitation only program.

From there, helping other homeowners experience the benefits of short term rentals without having to take on all of the complexity themselves became a natural next step.

We’re proud of what the JVR portfolio has become, but even more proud that the recognition has come from consistently focusing on the homes, the guests, and the experience.

Kontiki Falls became the first Airbnb Luxe home in the town of Jupiter and remains the largest Luxe home in Jupiter.

Palm Haven became the first Airbnb Luxe home in the town of Tequesta and the only Luxe home in Martin County.

Little Key West became the first Airbnb Luxe home in Juno Beach, with private beach access just steps from the sand.

Today, JVR manages three Airbnb Luxe properties, more than any other vacation rental manager in northern Palm Beach County.

Kontiki Falls and River House have also ranked as the top two performing short term rentals in Jupiter for two years running. They maintained those positions as the local short term rental market grew from roughly 385 to more than 750 active listings.
