HOUSE RULES

Parties are strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the property and forfeiture of security deposit.
Quiet hours (no loud music) starts at 9 PM. Please keep in mind that our neighbors are not on vacation and we need to respect their quiet time please.

Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. Bikes are provided to explore the beautiful beaches.
All occupants must evacuate from the vacation rental following any evacuation order issued by local, state or federal authorities.

We do provide a pool barrier fence which is in the garage if you would like to use it. If you do decide to use it, you must install the barrier fence and remove and put away the barrier fence. Swimming in our pool is at your own risk, please keep small children under adult supervision at all times.

A 3.9% cancellation fee is charged for all cancelled reservations for which Jupiter Vacation Rentals is merchant of record.

Please note: A non-refundable pet fee applies to all reservations that include pets. If you are bringing two pets, the fee is doubled. Be sure to select the correct “Pet Fee” option (for one or two dogs) when confirming your reservation.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beach house! It was the perfect getaway for us and our dogs. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. One of the best parts was how close it was to the beach; just a short walk, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean throughout our stay.

Kelly was an absolutely amazing host! She was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. It’s clear she truly cares about her guests’ experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dog-friendly beach escape!
