In the main house, 3 of the 5 bedrooms feature king size beds, 2 of them have ensuite bathrooms. The other 2 bedrooms include one with a single twin bed and the other with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. The guest house features 2 bedrooms, one is a king suite room and the other one has 2 twin beds.

HOUSE RULES

If you are looking to be loud and obnoxious and blast music past quiet hours then please DO NOT book this property. Quiet hours start at 8:30pm. Parties are strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the property and forfeiture of security deposit. Music must be at a minimum during quiet hours and only be heard within the pool area. Our neighbors must not be able to hear the music past 8:30 pm. While we want you to enjoy every minute here at Kontiki Falls we also need to be respectful to our neighbors and community who are not on vacation. Keep in mind that the music travels further over water.

Parking is limited to 7 vehicles

A 3.9% cancellation fee is charged for all cancelled reservations for which Jupiter Vacation Rentals is merchant of record.

There is absolutely NO diving from the top of the waterfall.

Small children should be supervised at all times when outside by pool.

We offer several games to play around the property. Once you are finished playing games please place all game items back to its central location in the courtyard near the ping pong table.

If you did move furniture around kindly place it back in its original location before check out. Thank you!

Please note: A non-refundable pet fee applies to all reservations that include pets. If you are bringing two pets, the fee is doubled. Be sure to select the correct “Pet Fee” option (for one or two dogs) when confirming your reservation.

We arrived 30 minutes early. Management made sure to contact me immediately to chew me out for being early. The home was clean and beautiful. We did run into quite a few maintenance issues – one entrance car gate would not close, got locked out of guest house with 5 month baby inside, thankfully new batteries were on-site for the lock. Wifi alarm went off, was able to reset but couldn’t get music to play in speakers afterwards. Maintenance was scheduled for guest house freezer during our short stay but was able to reschedule. Poor Management. Door for garbage cabinet will not close. I can understand maintenance issues can come up but it is unacceptable to argue with a new guest for arriving less than 30 minutes early. It was very upsetting.

As a group of 12 we have been traveling to the West Palm Beach area for almost 10 years. We have always tried to get a residence that can meet our needs. Of all the places we have stayed, Kon Tiki Falls has out distanced the rest of them. It truly met all our needs. It was a perfect Oasis that exceeded our expectations. Enough sleeping accommodations, TV’s, showers, Kitchen needs, place to cookout, the pool area (wow), and so much more. There were minor, and I mean very minor things, like a few more pitchers for water, etc. or a small microwave in the main complex, or another flat frying pan. None of these would stop us from coming back here again next year. This would be the first time we came would try to come back to the same location in all our years of travel. The place was that spectacular!!!!

One of the best experiences we’ve ever had with an Airbnb host! Kelly was a great communicator, very proactive, and quick to respond. Her app was extremely helpful and provided all of the information we could possibly need for our stay. As far as the house goes, photos and description don’t do it justice. Even though you’re right in the middle of a neighborhood, we never knew it. The yard is spacious and private with plenty of separate spaces for people to hang out. The pool and tiki hut were wonderful. We never wanted to leave the house. Multiple living areas and separated bedroom areas gave us the perfect amount of privacy. It was the perfect relaxing vacation!
