In the main house, 3 of the 5 bedrooms feature king size beds, 2 of them have ensuite bathrooms. The other 2 bedrooms include one with a single twin bed and the other with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. The guest house features 2 bedrooms, one is a king suite room and the other one has 2 twin beds.

The sprawling fl resort pool features a lazy river surrounding a serene island beneath swaying palms. Its centerpiece is a magnificent waterfall cascading over a pirate-themed grotto adorned with a mural of ships and treasure hunts. HOUSE RULES

If you are looking to be loud and obnoxious and blast music past quiet hours then please DO NOT book this property. Quiet hours start at 8:30pm. Parties are strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the property and forfeiture of security deposit. Music must be at a minimum during quiet hours and only be heard within the pool area. Our neighbors must not be able to hear the music past 8:30 pm. While we want you to enjoy every minute here at Kontiki Falls we also need to be respectful to our neighbors and community who are not on vacation. Keep in mind that the music travels further over water.

Parking is limited to 7 vehicles

A 3.9% cancellation fee is charged for all cancelled reservations for which Jupiter Vacation Rentals is merchant of record.

There is absolutely NO diving from the top of the waterfall.

Small children should be supervised at all times when outside by pool.

We offer several games to play around the property. Once you are finished playing games please place all game items back to its central location in the courtyard near the ping pong table.

If you did move furniture around kindly place it back in its original location before check out. Thank you!

Please note: A non-refundable pet fee applies to all reservations that include pets. If you are bringing two pets, the fee is doubled. Be sure to select the correct “Pet Fee” option (for one or two dogs) when confirming your reservation.

Kontiki Falls is a special place. There is so much space/footprint: 2 houses, 2 kitchens/dining, 3 living/sitting rooms, 7 bedrooms, 5 full baths, an amazing lagoon pool (with waterfall and grotto), an huge outdoor resort layout with multiple bar and table seating areas (9) and an amazing grilling set-up (basically a third kitchen), and an acre filled with other items (golf green, badminton, etc.). It is decked out to the max – 2 full fridges, big screen tv’s in basically every room, great beds, pool table, games, 2 stoves, all the kitchen accessories and appliances — I could go on. And the master suite is… ummm, insane.

Host is killer – great communication, everything set-up to be clockwork. We look forward to hopefully visiting again.

Incredible stay at Tiki Falls! We had our family of 5 plus 3 of our kids friends. Perfect place for Spring Break. Beautiful back yard with everything you could ever want. We went to the beach a few times during the week and came back to this resort like home! They have thought of everything you could imagine. Plenty of space for everyone to relax ane enjoy. If we plan on coming back to this area, Tiki Falls will be our first place we look up! Thanks Kelly!

What an amazing spot! A little oasis neastled into a residential neighborhood. The house has ALL the amenities including a bocce court, pool table, ping pong table and games galore. You don’t need to leave. The heated pool is great on cool nights and the waterfall is an unexpected treat. There is more than enough space to accommodate everyone. There are multiple dining areas including a top notch tiki bar with grill, fridge, sink etc. Kelly was a fantastic host who has a great eye for decorating. This home feels like a resort. Kelly was very responsive to any question or concern. I can’t wait to come back with more friends and family.
