In the main house, 3 of the 5 bedrooms feature king size beds, 2 of them have ensuite bathrooms. The other 2 bedrooms include one with a single twin bed and the other with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. The guest house features 2 bedrooms, one is a king suite room and the other one has 2 twin beds.

The sprawling fl resort pool features a lazy river surrounding a serene island beneath swaying palms. Its centerpiece is a magnificent waterfall cascading over a pirate-themed grotto adorned with a mural of ships and treasure hunts. HOUSE RULES

If you are looking to be loud and obnoxious and blast music past quiet hours then please DO NOT book this property. Quiet hours start at 8:30pm. Parties are strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the property and forfeiture of security deposit. Music must be at a minimum during quiet hours and only be heard within the pool area. Our neighbors must not be able to hear the music past 8:30 pm. While we want you to enjoy every minute here at Kontiki Falls we also need to be respectful to our neighbors and community who are not on vacation. Keep in mind that the music travels further over water.

Parking is limited to 7 vehicles

A 3.9% cancellation fee is charged for all cancelled reservations for which Jupiter Vacation Rentals is merchant of record.

There is absolutely NO diving from the top of the waterfall.

Small children should be supervised at all times when outside by pool.

We offer several games to play around the property. Once you are finished playing games please place all game items back to its central location in the courtyard near the ping pong table.

If you did move furniture around kindly place it back in its original location before check out. Thank you!

Please note: A non-refundable pet fee applies to all reservations that include pets. If you are bringing two pets, the fee is doubled. Be sure to select the correct “Pet Fee” option (for one or two dogs) when confirming your reservation.

I can’t say enough about this property! It was perfect for our ever growing family giving us space where we all could gather, yet still places that were a little more secluded. Kitchen was well stocked. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms was just what we needed and were tastefully decorated. Pool table was a great addition for when it was rainy. The backyard was our own little oasis. Kids couldn’t get enough of the lazy river and waterfall. Lots of time was spent on the putting green. They have thought of everything to keep your family entertained.

Kelly was amazing! Such a pleasure to work with. Very personal and responsive whenever I had questions. I have already recommend this home to other friends that have larger families and want to spend quality time together. You will not be disappointed.

Our experience at Kontiki Falls Private Resort in Jupiter, FL was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful setting and the pristine pool area, which became the highlight of our stay. The attention to detail throughout the property was impeccable—every corner of the resort felt carefully curated to provide both luxury and comfort.

The pool was an absolute oasis, and we spent countless hours enjoying and relaxing poolside. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making the entire outdoor area a perfect spot for relaxation and fun. Whether lounging poolside or playing games on the grounds, we felt like we had our own private paradise.

This was the perfect place for our group of 12. The home is laid out and furnished perfectly for large groups. Nice TV’s in all rooms and out by the pool as well as an awesome home audio system so we could play music. House is very easy to get too yet feels very private. The gates made us feel safe especially with the kids running around outside. There is more than enough to do with the golf green, resort style pool, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and the list goes on. You will not be disappointed. The host was very responsive while booking as well as during our stay. We will be back. 10 out of 10!
